Which is the Best Fitness Franchise?
The Health & Fitness segment of franchising is exploding. In a recent FranData report of new franchise concepts, the segment with the most newly launched franchise opportunities was, by far, fitness clubs.
There are dozens of new fitness franchises, many that are very niche oriented. Some cater to men, some to women, some to seniors and some to kids. So which are the best fitness centers franchises to consider opening (or joining)? Franchise Pick is asking those whose opinions count the most: Franchisees. Customers. Employees. And even the companies themselves.

The best fitness franchise for Women’s Fitness is Butterfly Life. We’ve been open for 8 1/2 months and have signed over 200 members. Our members are seeing results - losing weight and inches, feeling better and having more energy. The excerise equipment is designed by a women for women and use stacked weight with 12 levels - not the cheap hydraulic stuff. The members really like group exercise classes - and with more than 40 different classes - including step, dance, kick/box, and ball - cardio classes, Pilates and yoga classes and sclupting classes - there is something for everyone. Add BFL’s excellent diet program and nutrition counselling and you have a winning formula for members’ success and ours.

Contours Express is the best fitness franchise. Contours Express is the Better Idea in Women’s Gyms because we use Real Weights (not hydraulics) to achieve Real Results. Women will not plateau and continue to reach their goal of either weight loss, tone, gain strength or increase flexibility.

Liberty Fitness and Weight Loss is a Women’s only health club that combines Fitness, Weight Loss and Wellness all under one roof in an upscale, spa-like enviorment. The new weight loss program isn’t a diet program but a program that trains you how to eat healthy for the rest of your life. Liberty Fitness and Weight loss is like having two franchises in one.
