The Self-Fulfilling Prophecy of Small Business Failure
(Franchisee Marketing) When an owner launches their new business, they are generally enthusiastic, upbeat, hopeful, and appreciative of every customer that honors them with a purchase or membership. However, the strain of surviving tough times can lead to long hours, fatigue, frustration and stress for the owner. This can result in indifference, impatience and even animosity toward their once-valued customers. That negative attitude ends up being picked up by employees and permeates their business. Working long hours results in doing domestic tasks or making personal calls during business hours. Across town, another new, enthusiastic business is opens and the precious customers are never seen again.

They were left after this was posted at 10:23:03 am. The point of this post wasn’t lack of remorse, but the danger of letting your own frustration further damage your business.
Me? Fox News? That’s a first. If I were FOX News I’d be reporting what a great new franchise opportunity these 30 minute workout franchises are.
