I believe this is a McDonalds China TV commercial for teaching the gestures of Beijing Olympic Cheering Children election applicants in China.
Either that, or it’s an instrument of torture used to reeducate any running dog Capitalist lackeys through prolonged exposure to its toxic levels of cuteness.
