Cuppy’s Coffee Franchise / Elite Mfgr Refund Seekers: Help is Available
(FranchisePick.Com) I would urge anyone who has a current or past complaint or refund request with Cuppy’s Coffee, Elite Manufacturing, Medina Enterprises, Java Jo’z, Emerald Coast Manufacturing or other related entities to contact attorney Michael Webster (pictured).
Michael Webster is a frequent contributor here, on BlueMauMau.org and publishes his own franchise and anti-fraud blog at http://www.bizop.ca. Michael is also on the standards committee of the AAFD, the “fair franchising” accreditation organization that is looking into allegations against the Cuppy’s Coffee franchise organization and its affiliate, Elite Manufacturing.
Michael Webster is coordinating the response to numerous complaints from people who are seeking refunds from Cuppy’s/Elite. Even if you have already retained your own attorney, you (and/oryour attorney) should coordinate with Michael and the others seeking refunds. You will have more clout as a group, and Michael has been following this situation for over a year and can advise you on key points specific to this situation.
Time is an important factor in these situations, so call or email Michael ASAP.

Sean, that is kind of you.
It is my understanding that many of these complaints are in process of being settled, but if you have a concern that you think I can help with as a mediator, please feel free to contact me.
I cannot represent you in a legal dispute in the United States, however. My JD is only, currently, good for litigation in Canada.

Did any of you ever hear of Supreme Building Technologies?
This is a “vendor” of Elite Mfgr in Angola, Indiana?
Check out:

They have the same address in Angola, IN as Elite.
I’m confused
