Contours Express Franchisees Considering 2nd Lawsuit

As you may recall from the contentious posts going back to May, 2007 (Is Contours Express a Great Fitness Franchise?, a post with 422 comments, and the announcement of the lawsuit in a post last September (Franchise Dreams Becoming Nightmares for Many Fitness Club Owners), Jonathan Fortman is the attorney representing a group of 60+ Contours Express franchise owners who are suing the Contours Express franchisor for fraud, breach of contract, and general nastiness.

As they continue to gather and review information for the case, Fortman’s group is interested in hearing directly from other Contours Express franchise owners - past or present - as to their experiences with Contours Express both pre- and post-sale.
