    I just read the auctionbytes interview, and I looked at the iSoldit web site- and I just want to know. Did Ken Sully know when he did the interview that he would be selling franchises so soon, especially 3 different business models?

    Also would be interested in seeing their latest UFOC, anyone got a link? Ralph- you seem to be knowledgable as an insider. Help me out?

    If a franchise is registered to sell in CA, their disclosure documents, including UFOC and FA are available at the CA Dept. of Corporations website via the Caleasi database. Do a search here:
